Work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers and academics to help build products that make complex topics like investing more accessible to our users

Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces and features on iOS

Learn to take ownership of parts of the app and gradually grow responsibility across the full development lifecycle

Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
-
Experiment with iOS technologies and best practices, supported by experienced team members
-
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, with a strong focus on quality and security

Continuously improve your technical skills and stay curious about developments in the iOS ecosystem

A University degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, natural sciences, etc.) or a comparable qualification
-
Hands-on experience in iOS development, including initial experience in a professional setting (such as internships or working student roles), in addition to academic or personal projects.)

Familiarity with Swift and the iOS SDK, and basic experience with UIKit and Auto Layout

Motivation to learn modern iOS development practices and deepen your understanding of the platform

Solid analytical thinking and an interest in understanding both technical and product-related problems

Interest in building great user experiences and learning how to implement custom UI components
-
Good communication skills and an openness to ask questions, give feedback, and learn from others

Fluent in English, both in writing and reading, German is a plus
-
Ability and motivation to quickly pick up new concepts and adapt to changes in the iOS ecosystem

Curiosity about other technology stacks and platforms beyond iOS
-
Prior Fintech experience is not required, but interest in investing or digital finance is a plus. Ideally, you are curious about or already a customer of Scalable Capital
