Your responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for cash, FX, and liquidity solutions, aligning product development with market trends, regulatory shifts, and client needs.
- Oversee complex, cross-functional product initiatives from initial ideation and business-case formulation through to implementation, launch, and post-launch review.
- Own and support product profitability, revenue growth, and client adoption targets by developing transparent, scalable pricing frameworks and supporting commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Relationship Management to position solutions, pitch to sophisticated clients, and refine the firm's value proposition.
- Translate complex business, treasury, and client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and implementation priorities for delivery teams.
- Align all product enhancements with internal governance frameworks, risk appetite, and global regulatory expectations, proactively mitigating operational and financial risks.
- Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations, business cases, and decision materials for senior executives and governance forums.
- Act as a senior subject matter expert within the department, fostering a culture of accountability and mentoring junior colleagues to support their professional growth.
Your profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, ACT) are advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in transaction banking, securities services, treasury, liquidity management, FX, or product management.
- Deep understanding of cash and liquidity products, FX markets, financial market infrastructure, and international securities settlement processes.
- Demonstrated success in structuring, developing, and launching innovative product initiatives within a regulated, tier-one financial institution.
- Strong capability in building robust business cases, developing pricing models, and managing product profitability (P&L).
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse functional teams including Technology, Treasury, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex, ambiguous market challenges into structured, actionable project milestones.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics to senior executives; fluency in English is mandatory.
